  • Counselling / Psychotherapy

    £90 — 50 mins

    A space to untangle what’s been building inside you. Together, we’ll look at what’s bringing pain, confusion, or heaviness—and gently start to shift it. I support women through anxiety, depression, ADHD, past trauma, relationship stress, and the quiet ache of disconnection from self.

  • Parenting Therapy

    £90 — 50 mins

    Parenting is so deeply personal. It can bring out the best and the hardest parts of us. These sessions focus on what’s going on between you and your child, and often touch on how your own childhood shaped you. This work is short-term, focused, and deeply healing.

  • Therapeutic Breathwork

    £180 — 120 mins

    Sometimes, words aren’t enough. Your body holds the stories you haven’t told. Breathwork helps release the weight of old emotions, calm the nervous system, and bring you back to your centre. You don’t need to remember everything—you just need to breathe.

  • Trauma Therapy (EMDR)

    £180 — 120 mins

    If a past event still brings up pain, fear, or reactivity, EMDR can help. Whether it was a loss, a birth trauma, an accident, or something more complex, this therapy helps the brain and body process what happened, so it no longer controls your present.

  • Family Constellations

    £90 — 50 mins

    Families are complicated. Sometimes, the dynamics run so deep they span generations. Family Constellations gently restores balance by helping you see where you’ve been carrying things that aren’t yours—and helps the system begin to heal.

  • Birth Trauma Therapy

    £90 — 50 mins

    If your birth story left you feeling shaken, unseen, or disconnected, you are not alone. Here, you can share your story and process it safely. Using body-based therapies like breathwork and EMDR, we work through the pain so you can reconnect with yourself and your child with more ease and tenderness.

My name is Aggie (Agnieszka) Korzeniewska, and I’ve spent over a decade supporting women just like you—women who are holding so much, often without anyone truly holding them.

I bring a down-to-earth, holistic approach to therapy. It’s not about “fixing” you. You’re not broken. It’s about helping you come back to yourself, slowly and safely, piece by piece.

Some women I work with find it easy to open up. Others sit quietly at first, unsure where to start. Both are completely okay. Your therapy space is yours. I’ll meet you wherever you are.

We’ll talk. We’ll breathe. We’ll include your body—because it remembers the stress, the joy, the heartbreak, the survival. You don’t have to have all the words. We’ll find them together.

Whether you’re overwhelmed by motherhood, facing a big life change, or just can’t shake the feeling that something isn’t right, I offer a place where you can stop running, take off the mask, and feel what needs to be felt.
